Only a few years ago, Chanie Wilschanski was a full-time teacher in NYC with 2 kids and pregnant with #3. She and her husband were working tirelessly to help provide for their family and still barely getting by. At 8 months pregnant she decided to go back school to get her Masters degree in early childhood and special education with the hopes of getting a higher paying job in education.
After a series of events, hard work and tons of determination, she invested in launching her own business, found a mentor, and went from putting on $250 workshops and a 15-person live event in her living room to paying off her debt in 18 months, getting pregnant with her 4th child and crossing six-figures in one year.
Now, less than 3 years later, Chanie not only runs a multi-six figure company, School of Excellence, but also is raising 4 kids ranging from 20 months to 9 years old, working 25-30 hours per week and impacting hundreds of school leaders throughout the world with her School of Excellence programs and her Summit of Excellence live event.
So how does she do it all??? In today’s episode we dive deep into her systems, priorities, routines and relationships that make her a successful power mama!
